Body By G is a transformation centre and strong community hub where health, fun, fitness & fat loss is the focus. We encourage a positive and empowering atmosphere in our gym where you will train alongside friendly, super-motivated people who are passionate about transforming their lives through health and fitness.

At Body By G we specialise in Semi Private Personal Training which is customised to suit your individual goals. Whether it’s to lose weight, burn fat, or just becoming stronger and fitter we’re here to help.

We are not a circuit class or a boot-camp! We are not a commercial gym where you are just a number. Our customised group training experience is like no other. We accept all applicants of any experience level including complete beginners.

Body By G is a premium service and we don’t accept time-wasters or moaners.

We aim to be the best part of your day. That 45 minutes where you can forget about the stress of life and your job and enjoy putting yourself and your health first for a change. We understand our client’s time is valuable which is why we tell our clients training with us is not just about the workouts, it is about creating the life, body and health you want!

We will help you paint the picture and visualise where you want to be. We are all about getting you amazing results with a customised approach to training and nutrition to suit your lifestyle and help you create a long term change to your body and health.

Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat. We pride ourselves on our incredible community of like-minded individuals who are motivated to transform their lives.

MEET OUR TRAINERS

GARY HOGAN

Fitness completely change Gary’s life. It helped him gain a better understanding of his body and his mind. The role in his client’s lives, is to provide motivation, guidance, and the support needed to overcome challenges and be productive in all areas of life. Gary understands how fitness helped him set not only lifestyle goals but by pushing himself through tough situations and sessions, he can achieve what he sets his mind to. Gary is now passing on this knowledge and experience to his clients with the confidence that the training system he uses is effective, safe and works. Gary’s clients are the best they can be and are achieving the goals they set out to do.

Gary started out his career instructing his own independent fitness bootcamps, after a short time these became extremely popular due to his coaching style and challenging routines, packing classes to maximum capacity.

Gary’s expertise is in weight loss, muscle building, increasing strength and improving fitness to enhance your health and overall quality of life. Gary achieves this by working with you in small group sessions that provide all the advantages of 1 on 1 training. Gary provides a fitness assessment, nutrition plan, goal setting, a personalised fitness strategy and action plan, with constant motivation and guidance along with regular re-assessment and target setting so you can see the results of your hard work.

TANIKA SALVIDGE

Tanika is passionate to spread her knowledge and experience in health and nutrition to others, so they don’t have to go through years of trial and error, hoping and wishing their body will work for them. Tanika is devoted to teaching about nutrition in an easy, friendly, non-intimidating way. By simply building a healthy relationship with wholesome foods we believe there is no need to follow a restrictive ‘diet’. Her approach teaches you to commit to supplying your body with only the highest quality delicious whole foods and reap the benefits of increased energy, achieving your ideal body weight and finding balance in all aspects of your life.

Tanika has many years professional and personal experience having been overweight for periods in her own life while yo-yo dieting for years trying to achieve her own body goals, Tanika has really found a formula that works, she can adapt any nutrition progamme to suit your needs and will not stop working with you until she finds the right combination of macro-nutrients to help you achieve your health and nutrition goals.

Tanika’s goal is to empower and educate clients so that they too can become familiar with listening to their bodies’ innate wisdom. Tanika loves her life, loves her work, and she can’t wait to help others reach their dreams to achieve a healthy body. Tanika truly wants the best for all her clients, and her success is based off her clients success.
