GARY HOGAN

Fitness completely change Gary’s life. It helped him gain a better understanding of his body and his mind. The role in his client’s lives, is to provide motivation, guidance, and the support needed to overcome challenges and be productive in all areas of life. Gary understands how fitness helped him set not only lifestyle goals but by pushing himself through tough situations and sessions, he can achieve what he sets his mind to. Gary is now passing on this knowledge and experience to his clients with the confidence that the training system he uses is effective, safe and works. Gary’s clients are the best they can be and are achieving the goals they set out to do.

Gary started out his career instructing his own independent fitness bootcamps, after a short time these became extremely popular due to his coaching style and challenging routines, packing classes to maximum capacity.

Gary’s expertise is in weight loss, muscle building, increasing strength and improving fitness to enhance your health and overall quality of life. Gary achieves this by working with you in small group sessions that provide all the advantages of 1 on 1 training. Gary provides a fitness assessment, nutrition plan, goal setting, a personalised fitness strategy and action plan, with constant motivation and guidance along with regular re-assessment and target setting so you can see the results of your hard work.

TANIKA SALVIDGE

Tanika is passionate to spread her knowledge and experience in health and nutrition to others, so they don’t have to go through years of trial and error, hoping and wishing their body will work for them. Tanika is devoted to teaching about nutrition in an easy, friendly, non-intimidating way. By simply building a healthy relationship with wholesome foods we believe there is no need to follow a restrictive ‘diet’. Her approach teaches you to commit to supplying your body with only the highest quality delicious whole foods and reap the benefits of increased energy, achieving your ideal body weight and finding balance in all aspects of your life.

Tanika has many years professional and personal experience having been overweight for periods in her own life while yo-yo dieting for years trying to achieve her own body goals, Tanika has really found a formula that works, she can adapt any nutrition progamme to suit your needs and will not stop working with you until she finds the right combination of macro-nutrients to help you achieve your health and nutrition goals.

Tanika’s goal is to empower and educate clients so that they too can become familiar with listening to their bodies’ innate wisdom. Tanika loves her life, loves her work, and she can’t wait to help others reach their dreams to achieve a healthy body. Tanika truly wants the best for all her clients, and her success is based off her clients success.

VANESSA MOLONEY

Vanessa is a Qualified Personal Trainer and has been with Body By G for almost three years.

Vanessa qualified as a Personal Trainer 4 years ago and continues to learn and grow her knowledge, having recently qualified in Pre and Post Natal Training along with becoming a Certified RT24 Coach.

For 20 years she was a dedicated Irish dancer, unfortunately she was forced to retire after a freak accident when she fell and broke her foot at a wedding, dancing at 2 in the morning! A year after retiring Vanessa signed up for her first 6 week challenge, after completing this challenge she had a new found love and passion for training. This sparked her interest in fitness again and provoked her change in career.

Away from the gym and training life Vanessa is a mum to a very sporty teenage son.

FIONA MURPHY

Fiona and is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, Pilates instructor, RT24 Coach and holistic health coach.

She has been involved in the fitness industry for over 8 years now and has worked with clients from all walks of life.

Fiona prides herself firstly on being able to engage with clients and making positive impacts in there lives. Secondly, she prides herself on using proven methods in her training activities, ensuring that all her clients get the best individual approach addressing their specific needs in the most safe and efficient way.

Fiona adores what she does and is passionate on continuing to help people smash their fitness goals.

SINEAD LARKIN

Sinead is a Qualified Personal Trainer and has been at Body By G for 1 1/2 years. Sinead teaches a variety of classes to our family of semi-private clients, including Strength & Conditioning, Glutes & Core, Met Con’s, Boxercise and more. Sinead also works with 1-1 clients in person and online, keeping them accountable and ensuring results and Sinead has helped them achieve some amazing transformations.

Sinead recently qualified as a Pilates Instructor & RT24 Coach, this will be a new hobby for her and also an asset in assessing and working with people with minor injuries, safely helping them meet their goals.

Sinead loves the buzz she gets from exercise and enjoys passing this on to others. Seeing and aiding a change in someone who was once skeptical about exercise and a healthy lifestyle inspires Sinead in her every day work.

Sinead is a mammy to her 3 beautiful children and is very lucky to have a supportive husband which really helps with the 5.30am starts and 9.00pm finishes that come along with the fitness industry hours.

VICKI

Vicki has worked in customer service for many years and is now delighted to work in the fitness industry as she knows the difference it can make in people’s lives, not only in body but also mind.

Vicki loves to chat with clients and be able to offer solutions to help them on their own fitness journey’s. Vicki is a very busy mam of 3 boys and understands it can be hard to find the time to look after yourself and work out but it’s definitely worth it!

Fitness changed Vicki’s life and she is passionate about helping people change theirs.
